Terms of Business

  1. Package Services & Prices. Photography packages described in this brochure are to assist clients to make informed choices for photography on and around the Wedding Day. The content of any package is subject to change without notice and potential clients are recommended to contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.   2. Contract. A contract for photography services and products will be entered into. The terms of the contract will define the terms of the agreement between the Client and Streetlife Photography Limited.

  3. Client. The contract client can be the Bride, Groom, both of them, or other person(s); Mother, Father, etc. The Client will be responsible for payment, but the photographer can take instructions from the Bride & Groom if not the client.

  4. Payment. A Deposit (non-refundable) of 10% will be required to secure your desired date. A further 20% deposit will be required on contract signature. The remaining terms of the payment plan will be agreed in the contract. All payments must be made 7 days before your Wedding Day.

  5. Forms of Payment. Major credit card (payments administered via Paypal) for deposits and/or interim payments. Cash acceptable only in exceptional circumstances. No cheques. UK Sterling amounts only, foreign card amounts will be converted by your card issuer.

  6. Ownership of Pictures. The photographer and Streetlife Photography Limited will retain ownership and copyright on all images taken under the contract. The Bride & Groom will receive an unlimited licence to use their chosen images as they see fit. Printed pictures will become owned when paid for.

  7. Digital Formats. The photographer will provide images in acceptable digital formats such as JPEG or TIFF on a CD or DVD capable of being read by a computer. RAW format, also known as Digital Negative (DNG), will not be provided.

  8. Proofing. Prior to the delivery of final, finished images, the photographer will provide proofs for exclusive viewing by Bride & Groom (and client if different) to make their choices. Proofs will be representative of the final image only. Proofs will be provided via the Streetlife Photography web-site and a private, secure login service.

  9. On-Line and e_Commerce Services. Images chosen by the Bride & Groom will be displayed on the Streetlife Photography Web-Site under a secure and private login. Guest can login and choose images to be printed. Print prices will be agreed in the contract and payment will be made by the guest at the time of ordering. Client Photo Collections will be retained for sale on the web-site for a defined period based on the package chosen by the client. The maximum retention time will be 2 years.

  10. Third-Party Products. Streetlife Photography offers products from carefully chosen Third Parties, including printed Albums and specialised printing. Streetlife only chooses partners after extensive testing of their products and services for quality. Streetlife will always retain responsibility for the quality of these products.
